CDL-A Driver — Dry Van & Reefer

Move Amazon, dry van, and reefer freight with dependable equipment, an owner who has your back, and dispatch that keeps you loaded.

Full-time · Regional / OTR$1,400–$1,900 / weekPhiladelphia, PA + Northeast lanes

What you'll do

  • Safely operate a dry van or reefer tractor-trailer on interstate lanes
  • Complete trailer, temperature, and load checks before departure
  • Complete pre/post-trip inspections and DOT logs (ELD)
  • Communicate load status and ETAs with dispatch
  • Represent NAVI Cargo professionally at every shipper and receiver

What you need

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1+ year dry van or reefer experience (will train the right driver)
  • Clean MVR and current DOT medical card
  • Able to pass DOT drug screen · 23+ years old
  • Reliable communication and trailer inspection habits

Freight Dispatcher

What you'll do

  • Book and negotiate loads with brokers and shippers
  • Plan efficient, compliant routes and minimize deadhead
  • Stay in constant contact with drivers and customers
  • Handle rate cons, BOLs, and load paperwork accurately
  • Track loads end-to-end and resolve issues in real time

What you need

  • 1+ year truck dispatching (Amazon, dry van, or reefer experience a plus)
  • Experience on DAT / Truckstop load boards
  • Sharp negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure
  • English communication; Russian or Spanish a plus
